Attention Eastwich-ians.
There's alot of complains regarding the treatment received.
For example, players from other teams discrimating we eastwich players.
I'm here to tell you people to just bear with it kay?
Let's be professionals.

If they were to say anything bad,
just smile and walk away.
We are soccer players, not hooligans.
So i beg Eastwich players not to react negatively.
Just take it to the field kay?

There's no use to violence or having war words with them.
There won't be any benefits in the end.
Doesnt matter if we're not that good.
what matter most is..at the end of all this..
we become a better person or even a better player.

When i first joined this competition, didnt xpect to go to the 2nd round...
All the oder teams were bigger n stronger...
But, our mentallity and our determination made all the oder teams weak...

Fadhly:-
A playa hu could play in many positions, xcept keeper... Defended well wen he was asked to... Strike well wen called upon... Controlled the game when its the most importantly needed.... Scored 1... A present for a veri gud competition for him...

Haziq:-
Tho he didnt perform well in the first round, he stayed to his words... He performed veri well in the second round... Boleh aku lek sikit mase ko defend... hah... Didnt get to score but hu cares? His job is to defend the ball and hell yeah he did it...

Azfar:-
Hats down for him for being in the ryt place at the ryt tym wen our team was against the 'Champion' of the competition... Yes... He is the one hu scored the important goal.. And i reali min the moz important goal... Defended well also... Putting his leg even wen his risking himself...

Nizam:-
Nuting much to sae bout dis guy... The most slickest playa in our team... Getting pass defender easily wif his speed... Scored 2 goals... Asessted a handful of the oder goals...

Afiz:-
Didnt noe him dat well in the beginin part of the competition... But he did play well... Played as if he has been wif us for a long tym... Datz kewl... Tenx ar afiz... Pasal ko pon kite dpt 4th ar in sum ways or anoder....

Zulfadhli:-
Played the whole competition... The whole 100mins of it... Penat siot aku... Nak sub pon takleh... Nak duduk bench pon takleh... hah... But its understandable and i'm olwaez here to play my heart out for the team even wen injury is at risk... Chey mcm btol je... ahahah... Gasak ar... One thing i hav to sae, w/o the team, i wldn't play and defended well... But, i scored 2 goals!!! ahaha... Same as zam... hahaha

so heres wad happened today.

lost 3-2 on penalty kicks

3rd/4th placing
lost 3-0 Merciless A

ish. we really did play like chelsea. score one, then, defend defend defend. 1st game was i guess a warm up for us. everyone missed their chances. finishing karat. 2nd game was a tough one too. but fik came in the 2nd half, dance around the opponent to set up a goal for hafiz.

but the main highlight was the third game. against Nee Soon B. We knew a win would put us through to the quater final while a defeat would jeapodize our chance. Nee Soon B thrashed all the teams in earlier round like noth. 5-0. 6-0. 4-0. so on papers, we should be thrash too. and we played an individuali weak side. azfar haziq zul me fadhly. but it was a tactical move. the plan was to defend defend defend. it worked. and suddenly, fad broke away from the right flank and set up a goal for azfar. im telling u that the WHOLE hall burst in cheers! nobody believed that we would score a goal against a VERY VERY strong side. we got the goal and defend like crazy. whistle blows. we are through. yes ar!

unfortunately, we met them again at the semi final. i think it was "fixed". again, we defied the odds and it went 0-0. penalty. fad missed. and we are out.but at least we got a medal to show.

fik and zam didnt manage to continue their goalscoring form but their contribution was very much appreciated. azfar and haziq came in and played to the plan. which explains why we managed to win our 3rd game. fad worked his socks off. tapi... KAU MISSED PENALTY!!! haha. zul was....zul. tackle2. and even scored the 2 goals in the quater final. sorry ar yg last game skali aku main merepek. aku really2 nak menang that game so aku forgot aku nye duties. hope i did enough to earn best keeper in the competition.

suddenly woke up at 6.22am.
i was awaken by my cousin.who was talking in his sleep.

the competiton was tough.
i thought of being top scorer or something.

1st game.
nizam started 1st...i was on e bench..was 1-0 at halftime..
fadhly opened the scoring..opponents were obviously bigger and better than us..second half..i ran on e right flank..fadhly slot onto my feet..1st touch..1st goal!..haha.
credit for zul..for being the best def in the world.

2nd game.
eastwich was played.we didnt get on with our game.was so hot.
the game ended 0-0..

3rd game.
we're not favourites..the opponents thrased a team 5-0 before that.
a simple thru' ball from tawfik..finished off by nizam..1-0..
we played defensive all the way..i kicked their top scorer..oopps..
(after that..the team..score abit2)

4th game.
we needed a win to advance..easily..scored an early goal..i gave nizam the ball..he scored again.1-0..4th game..we conceded our first goal. it happened so fast. pup..1-1..

5th game.
we're at second..with 8 points..4 goals scored..1 goal conceded..
CHELSEA of street soccer.i started the game..running around..got a few chances..1st half..i was thru'..fadhly was at a better postition than me..i laid the ball..OPEN GOAL..he missed..
i said..'FUCK YOU'...oppss...sorry fadhly..

i duno how i score the 1st goal..but i will always remember the second..nizam was running on e right flank..he crossed the ball.then..goal..my feet when straight 2 the ball..and goal!!
i celebrated arrogantly(something like henry's celebration) coz i was laugh at b4 that..for missing a tackle..blabla.i scored he didnt.:p

we're thru'..with 11 points..2 points behind leaders..it's okay..

hi all. a long tiring, hot day. drained most of our energy out in the sun. not without satisfaction though. 3 words. We Are Through! - to the final rounds next week. alot of things happen today. so just gonna sum it all up.

beat 2-0 Team Berland (Fadhly, Tawfik)
drew 0-0 Lapan Bara
beat 1-0 Demolition (Nizam)
drew 1-1 Gelekticos (Nizam)
beat 2-0 Battery Weak (Tawfik 2x)

finished 2nd in a 6-team table.

i just realised someting. there seems to be a pattern. wdwdw.
almost a perfect day. i kept 4 clean sheet and if we havnt concede that sloppy one goal, hmm... not blaming fad btw.

so just wanna write out anyting that is significant todae.

-Nizam played like a man possess. which is unusual.
-Tawfik scored with his very FIRST touch
-Tawfik let out his frustration at FADHLY by saying FUCK YOU! *gasp*

hey guyz. had a great game yesterday wid the eastwich peeps. lost 3-2 but does it matter that much? dont think so. the opponents were very much older, more skillful and they were wearing jerseys from various clubs. perhaps they played/playing for those s-league clubs. the first half was well, just poor. maybe the pitch was small and we couldnt get our passing move togeda. apologies for my woeful first half performance. 2nd half was a different stories however. there were couple of one touch passes string togeda by 4 or 5 players. im sure anyone who watch us would have been proud. faiz(apart from first goal) came to collect all crosses confidently. again the best centre back pairing in pasir ris, syafiq and zul, (im sure they are!) showed why they are highly rated.
zam had a very good all round game. full of running. fik kept harrassing the defenders with his flicks and turn, fad attacked and defended well, and i scored a goal despite missing the penalty.( aku make up for it to win the ball back IMMEDIATELY after missing the kick, and beat couple of defenders + goalkeeper to score. so jgn slate aku for missing the penalty. heh)

lost 3-2. but wad the heck? kita nye team semua budak2, tapi tak kena thrash.

agree with fik for point number 1. although i have to say there were alot of factors contributed to the victory. as a really hard-care liverpool fan, haf to admit that i lost all hope at half time. haziq and fadhly were giving me wind up msgs as early as the 1st minute. nobody gave proper credit to this team. not that i care. cos we ARE the champions of europe. luck or no luck.

liverpool were more hungrier in the 2nd half. they have to. gerrard especially, after alot of cock and bull pre-match talk( and that OWN GOAL) he just have to do someting. credit need to be given to rafa benitez. if you are 3 goals down at half time against a team of AC milan class, would you send in a defensive midfielder? ANYONE would throw in striker Djibril Cisse without second thought. rafa didnt. he gave balance to the team. a tactical genius by him. im not exaggerating of course. theres someone who claimed he is the 'special one' and showed people how special he is by sending Robert Huth to play upfront.

nevertheless, i still think 3 goals in 6 minutes was a fluke that will nvr be repeated again. but its a reward for their hardwork. so to Fad, aku nak tumbuk muka kau! and aku tak payah belanja kau KFC!

its a cruel way to lose a cup fnal through penalty shootout. as it hurts even more when your team dominated the game. but what to do. penalty is like lottery. unlucky scholes. unlucky man utd. lehmann bailed arsenal out. you can get all kind of headlines. but have to admit if a team cant score, they dont deserve to win. arsenal pun sama. but credit to their goalkeeper uh. instead of blaming lady luck, its better to spend time discussing on man utd's inability to convert chances

not bad.
but we didnt play that well.
we were hit by their counter attack.
and poor goalkeeping uh.

but..let's see that the bright side.
nabil played well.
so did azri.

and we managed to score 8!
even after they put a bus infront of the goal.

days like this is when this blog comes handy. freaking bored. rain all day. i wanna go training. but it means i haf to fork out $2.80 for bus fare(again!!) and the fields is wet. it'll be muddy and i dont want to get myself dirty.heh. and since its raining todae, i think im gonna haf to do gym work for training todae, which i ABSOLUTELY dont like. not hate. but dont like. nanti badan sakit2 ar. haha. leceh.

let me have the honour of being the first to post here. being a guest of honour, so i'll be launching this blog. nyeheh.

so what shall i write in my first entry here. i nvr thought we would be doing this. publishing a blog. neither do they(the galacticos)for those who were wondering why on earth would these bunch of 7 hunks suddenly published a blog, well it actuali came from a wild suggestion from me. never really expect to be applaud for my suggestion( well they nvr did anyway. haha). so guys, apart from azfar, the rest of us shouldnt haf any prob to post entry regularly. esp nizam since you now haf a personal laptop. heh

perhaps no personal issues here? this is OUR blog remember? maybe someting you wanna say or wanna share. i think you guys know of the appropriate stuff to post.

and for our fans out there (readers to exact =p), galacticos is NOT = eastwich. wadever success we achieved in football, thats eastwich. where credit is due to 25 people who made it happened. eastwich is purely football whereas galacticos is much more than that. so wad ever we do, hopefully we are able to share the experience. keep reading ayte. so much for my first post. aniwaes, special thnxs to maarryy and fana for behind the scenes job. heh. i'll leave others to haf their say.
